Do you really need to stretch every day?!

If you have a flexibility/mobility limitation, then stretching daily may be beneficial. But eventually you should normalize your joints’ ranges of motion through this stretching.

And once you have normalized those ranges, do you need to keep stretching to maintain them?!


Once you have normalized your joints’ ranges of motion, all you need to do is continually utilize all of those ranges of motion. Daily. So your brain and body doesn’t forget how to utilize them. If you use them, you don’t lose them.

PS, if you’ve been continually stretching daily for years and aren’t noticing a difference, maybe it’s time to rethink things.
