Sitting isn’t bad. Standing isn’t bad. Not moving isn’t bad.

When it comes to movement and static positions, not many things are actually “bad” for us.

Our bodies are BADASS. We’re so much more resilient than we think.

The problem occurs when too much of one thing is done.

It may be too much too soon. Or too much too often.

When it comes down to it, it’s all about what our tissues are prepared for and what they can withstand.

Too much sitting can piss off your tissues. Standing too much can do the same. Guess what? Moving too much and not resting enough does the same thing.

There needs to be a balance between everything. Play around with what works for you. Nothing is ever a one-size-fits-all approach.
