We find this to be so true!

Sometimes rest is all you need to get to get out of pain.

Find a great clinician who will spend time assessing you and finding your pain triggers.

Remove those pain triggers and desensitize the system.

Maybe rest and very low-level activity is what you need during this time. Imagine you just had surgery — don’t do anything that you wouldn’t do if you had the surgery!

Reintroduce pain-free movement.

Reintroduce originally painful triggers gradually as you build tolerance.
