There is no such thing as perfect posture.

We have said it before, and we will say it again, posture is often viewed as a static position. We as humans, however, are dynamic. We shouldn’t care about “perfect” static positions.

Is there a perfect static position?

Yes. A position that allows all of your joints to be properly centrated and stacked on top of one another is probably your best bet.

However, if you spend a prolonged amount of time in this “perfect” static position, we can almost guarantee your tissues will be mad at you.

Our tissues like movement.

Our bodies are meant to move. We thrive off of movement. Your best posture is your next posture.

Don’t get caught up with “perfect” sitting or standing postures. Just keep moving and fidgeting around. Your bodies will thank you.
