More mobility isn’t always the answer.
This could be taken many ways, but we’ll try to keep it short and to the point.
If you have muscle or joint pain and jump to the conclusion that you just need more mobility, then you’re doing your body a disservice.
How did you come up with that conclusion?
Did you read something on Dr. Google? Or did your Instagram coach tell you that’s what you need?
In our eyes, everything “depends” until a thorough assessment has been performed.
Maybe after the assessment you’d benefit from more mobility. Or, maybe you actually have plenty of mobility, but your nervous system is just on protective mode, limiting your current mobility.
Sure, there are other points to argue, but we promised to keep it short.
