Dr. Ryan Hosler is a chiropractic physician and strength coach and Dr. Jen Hosler is a physical therapist and strength coach. As healthcare providers, we treat the human body as a whole. What if I’m currently injured?

If you’re currently in pain or have recently experienced an injury, this membership is for you. This is a great time to start! There are plenty of exercises and mobility techniques within the membership program that are easy on the body and help reduce pain and inflammation. This membership is also a great adjunct to any physical rehabilitation you may be receiving from your healthcare provider.

What if I’m NOT currently injured?

If you’re not currently in pain or have not experienced any injury, then this is a perfect time for you to start the membership! Follow our self-guided mobility assessment and find YOUR mobility and movement restriction. Then, choose exercises and mobility techniques to combat YOUR restrictions. This is a great way to help prevent future pain and injury from occurring.

What equipment do I need?

Minimal equipment is needed to utilize this membership. We recommend having access to a foam roller, lacrosse (or mobility ball), a monster band, and a yoga mat. Having this equipment will allow you to take full advantage of the membership. The exercises we cover will utilize your bodyweight.

What if I need help or have questions about the membership content?

That is what the private Facebook group is for! You will have 24/7 access to both of us via the group to ask questions, post pictures or videos, and be held accountable by other members.

What if I need modifications?

This is what our private Facebook group is for! Feel free to ask about specific and individual modifications. None of the exercises and techniques we utilize should cause pain. If they cause your pain or you have any concerns, please post in the group about what you’re experiencing so we can better help you.
