Why Should I Work With You?
As an active individual, you are looking for someone who understands what you do. Someone who walks the walk. Someone who has spent, and will continue spending, countless hours learning and improving to provide you the best and most up-to-date treatments. Someone who is truly passionate about their profession. Someone who will work with you to help you understand how your body works and moves. Someone who will help you fix yourself.
We have the background, knowledge, passion, and understanding that you are looking for.
We will not pressure you into long-term treatment plans. We will not scare you into returning for care. We will never rush you into unnecessary x-rays or imaging. We will not only “adjust” or “manipulate” your spine or perform other passive therapies and send you on your way. We will work with you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. We will hold you accountable. We will give you the answers you need.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Expect your questions to be answered. We will take the time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns and goals.
Expect homework. The time spent with us in the clinic will not be enough time to make permanent changes. You will be provided with exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to make the changes necessary to get out of pain, remain pain-free, and function as a better human.
Expect to move (and maybe even break a sweat). Please wear athletic clothing you are comfortable moving in to all appointments. Examples: shorts, workout pants or leggings, t-shirts or tank tops, sports bras, etc.
How Long Is The Initial Appointment?
This will allow us to gather a thorough history, take you through our comprehensive movement assessment, and provide you with treatment all within the same visit.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
The short answer is, it depends. The longer answer is, it depends on your condition, your activity level, and your overall health. Every patient is different.
We do not tie a certain number of visits to a condition. If you are getting out of pain faster than expected, great! We do not make you sign up for crazy treatment plans. We will not force you to come in to our office if you are out of pain.
Most patients should get better within 6 visits. Typically, 3-5 visits is all that is needed.

What If I'm Not In Pain?
Our comprehensive movement assessment searches for painless dysfunctions. A painless dysfunction is a movement pattern or joint that is less than optimal, but is not currently causing pain. There are several reasons to address your dysfunctional joints and movement patterns. The main reason is that when your joints are not moving properly, abnormal stresses are placed on different joints and tissues, which can lead to quicker degeneration and may eventually cause pain. We should strive for optimal joint health and movement.
An easy way to think about a painless dysfunction is by thinking about what dentists do. Do you only go to the dentist if you have a toothache or a pain in your mouth? Or do you go to the dentist every 6 months for a routine check-up and teeth cleaning? Dentists do a great job at prevention and maintenance. They look for the potential problem and give you at-home care and instruction to prevent it from occurring. This is exactly how we practice utilizing our movement assessment. We find the problem and help you fix it before it causes pain and injury.
