Why Should I Work With You?
We are unlike any other chiropractor or physical therapist.

As an active individual, you are looking for someone who understands what you do. Someone who walks the walk. Someone who has spent, and will continue spending, countless hours learning and improving to provide you the best and most up-to-date treatments. Someone who is truly passionate about their profession. Someone who will work with you to help you understand how your body works and moves. Someone who will help you fix yourself.

We have the background, knowledge, passion, and understanding that you are looking for.

We will not pressure you into long-term treatment plans. We will not scare you into returning for care. We will never rush you into unnecessary x-rays or imaging. We will not only “adjust” or “manipulate” your spine or perform other passive therapies and send you on your way. We will work with you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. We will hold you accountable. We will give you the answers you need. And most importantly, we will help you fix yourself.

Expect one-on-one sessions. You will receive care from either Dr. Jen or Dr. Ryan, individually.

Expect your questions to be answered. We will take the time to answer your questions and listen to your concerns and goals.

Expect homework. The time spent with us in the clinic will not be enough time to make permanent changes. You will be provided with exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to make the changes necessary to get out of pain, remain pain-free, and function as a better human.

Expect to move (and maybe even break a sweat). Please wear athletic clothing you are comfortable moving in to all appointments. Examples: shorts, workout pants or leggings, t-shirts or tank tops, sports bras, etc.

How Long Is The Initial Appointment?
The initial appointment will last about 90-minutes.

This will allow us to gather a thorough history, take you through our comprehensive movement assessment, and provide you with treatment all within the same visit.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

The short answer is, it depends.

The longer answer is, it depends on your condition, your activity level, and your overall health. Every patient is different.

We do not tie a certain number of visits to a condition. If you are getting out of pain faster than expected, great! We do not make you sign up for crazy treatment plans. We will not force you to come in to our office if you are out of pain.

Most patients should get better within 6 visits. Typically, 3-5 visits is all that is needed.

What Conditions Do You Treat?

We treat a wide variety of movement and sports-related conditions.

Some of the most common include:

  • Low back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Hip pain/hip impingement
  • SI joint pain
  • Soft tissue/muscle injuries
  • Degenerative discs, disc herniations, and disc buldges
  • Sciatica
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Shin splits
  • Tennis and golfer’s elbow
What If I'm Not In Pain?
GREAT! We can help you stay out of pain and continue living a pain-free life.

Our comprehensive movement assessment searches for painless dysfunctions. A painless dysfunction is a movement pattern or joint that is less than optimal, but is not currently causing pain. There are several reasons to address your dysfunctional joints and movement patterns. The main reason is that when your joints are not moving properly, abnormal stresses are placed on different joints and tissues, which can lead to quicker degeneration and may eventually cause pain. We should strive for optimal joint health and movement.

An easy way to think about a painless dysfunction is by thinking about what dentists do. Do you only go to the dentist if you have a toothache or a pain in your mouth? Or do you go to the dentist every 6 months for a routine check-up and teeth cleaning? Dentists do a great job at prevention and maintenance. They look for the potential problem and give you at-home care and instruction to prevent it from occurring. This is exactly how we practice utilizing our movement assessment. We find the problem and help you fix it before it causes pain and injury.

What Are Your Prices?

Initial 90-minute appointment: $125

30-minute follow-up appointment: $60

Why Don't You Take Insurance?
We have grown sick of the broken model of healthcare. The current healthcare model is strictly dictated by insurance companies that decide the type of care and the amount of time they will reimburse clinicians for.

This means subpar care for you!

How does this translate into sub-par care for you? Here is just one example:

Treatments and treatment times are now often influenced and biased by what insurance companies pay for, rather than prioritizing your individual needs and preferences.

Also, clinicians now need to see more patients to make the same amount of money due to the steady decline in reimbursement rates from insurance companies. This could mean your treatment time could overlap with 1, 2, or even 3 or more patients!

As you can see, this model does not allow clinicians to spend adequate time with you, getting to know you, properly evaluating and diagnosing you, and providing the treatment you deserve.

**Disclaimer: We do not believe that insurance-based clinics are terrible clinics. They help many people, and we believe they have great intentions. We just know we would not be able to provide the quality of care that we believe you deserve under this model.**

I Can't Afford to Pay in Cash
By eliminating your insurance company, we are empowering you to take control of your own healthcare.

While it may seem more expensive initially, most patients save money in the long-run. This is because we spend time with you listening to your goals, questions and concerns, and thoroughly evaluate and diagnose your condition.

With the time spent in evaluation and treatment, you are less likely to need recurrent treatment sessions, unless you so choose.

This cash-based model allows you to take charge of your own health, placing the decision-making power back in your hands. Instead of being shuffled around without being heard or having your questions answered, you will become the CEO of your own health, with the guidance and advice from us as your clinicians.

There are no hidden fees. You are investing in quality healthcare.

**Disclaimer: We do not believe that insurance-based clinics are terrible clinics. They help many people, and we believe they have great intentions. We just know we would not be able to provide the quality of care that we believe you deserve under this model.**

Can I Still Bill My Insurance?

Sure! First, check with your insurance company to make sure they reimburse out-of-network chiropractic and physical therapy services.

If yes, we will print off a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company along with the other required documents.
