Exercise needs to be fun!

Not all of it of course, but you need to include things you enjoy.

Why?

Because working out/training/exercising is not just a temporary answer to losing weight or achieving whatever short-term goal you are after. It needs to be a lifelong commitment.

Otherwise, why would you put in all the hard work and effort now without intentions of maintaining everything you worked for?

So if you are in it for the long haul (as you should be), you need to make it fun!

It is one of the most important things to making exercise a sustainable part of your life. You can do this by simply adding things in that you enjoy at the end of your workouts. Like playing around with kettlebells. Or doing movements flows on the ground. Or swinging around on monkey bars.

Adults don’t play enough.

We forget how great it feels and how important it is.

The great news, however, is that it is never too late to start playing again, and what better way than adding in a little movement playtime and exploration into your exercise routines?
